Account Security

Account credentials are stored using one-way hashing. Payment details passed through UPI or PhonePe are not stored on our servers — they are processed directly by the payment rail. We apply session timeouts and notify you of any new device login by email.

Data Retention

Profile data is retained while your account is active. If you close your account, non-financial data is deleted within 90 days. Transaction records linked to deposits via Paytm or UPI are retained for the period required under applicable Indian financial rules.
